The terms and conditions related to commission work, artwork purchases and portraits are as follows:

PRINTS

  • We don’t no offer refunds on print purchases unless the product received does not match the order form.

  • We are not responsible for any damage caused during postage but we do take care to package and protect well to limit this, however are happy to replace badly damaged prints for the price of postage.

  • Ideally, as a small business, we do not provide refunds for purchases but are happy to offer products to the value of purchase as replacement if the customer is not satisfied and work with them to achieve the best resolution.

PORTRAITS

  • All commission work must be paid in full at sketch approval stage.

  • Any sizing requirements should be made clear as this cannot be changed at a later point due to it affecting resolution.

  • Clear communication is essential, customers will be updated of portrait progress and all commissions include sketch approval and 3 rounds of edits. 

  • We are unable to refund commission/portrait/personalised work due to the time taken to complete each piece, hence the built in approval and edit system to ensure clients are fully informed.

  • Images may not be edited once completed and sent and the watermark must not be removed if used digitally.

PODCAST ART

  • Podcast art slots are extremely limited and require clear communication. Generally, a consultation will take place to ensure the artist and client are able to work together to achieve a desirable result.

  • Any sizing requirements should be made clear as this cannot be changed at a later point due to it affecting resolution.

  • All commission work must be paid in full at sketch approval stage.

  • Clients will be updated of artwork progress and all commissions include sketch approval and 3 rounds of edits (podcasts include additional Zoom/Team calls to develop a deliverable brief).

  • We are unable to refund commission/portrait/personalised work due to the time taken to complete each piece, hence the built in approval and edit system to ensure clients are fully informed.

  • All Podcast artwork becomes property of the owner once payment has been made and the image completed. This does not require a watermark and can be used across the clients social media platforms.
